The premium cruise
A Venice Lagoon Cruise with a Private Chef Aboard
A full day on the lagoon with lunch cooked right aboard
Picture it: the anchor down in a quiet channel of the lagoon, only water and distant islands around, and aboard a private chef serving lunch from what was caught and grown right here. This isn't a restaurant with a view — it's a table in the middle of the lagoon that belongs only to you. A premium full-day cruise: all the islands, a swim in empty water and gastronomy aboard of the level that makes a day special.
In short
- A full day on the lagoon by private boat with the option of lunch cooked by a chef aboard.
- All the islands of craft: Murano, Burano, Torcello — and the wild lagoon with a swim.
- Lunch aboard with a private chef, or at the finest island restaurants — your choice.
- A format for a party or a family: a roomy boat for up to 11, the price for the whole boat.
- On request, our licensed art-historian guide aboard.
The programme
- Murano — glass. The furnace, the master's work, how to tell real Murano glass.
- Burano — lace and colour. A fishermen's island, the lace museum, a walk, the bussolà.
- Mazzorbo — wine. The Venissa vineyard: a tasting of local wine on request.
- Torcello — mosaics. The Basilica of Santa Maria Assunta, Byzantine mosaics of the 11th–12th centuries.
- The wild lagoon and a swim. Sant'Erasmo with the Bacan beach, Vignole with flamingos, the nature of Certosa.
- Lunch aboard. The highlight: the anchor down in a quiet spot and lunch cooked by a private chef right on deck — or, by choice, a table at one of the finest island restaurants (Villa 600, Venissa, Antica Dogana).
