ARSENALE — THE BIENNALE, READ FROM THE INSIDE
The Arsenale was never a gallery. It was the Republic's naval shipyard, where for centuries Venice built the fleet that held the Mediterranean. Today those same halls stage the largest event in contemporary art — the 61st Biennale, In Minor Keys. On your own it reads as beautiful chaos: hundreds of works, dozens of countries, and nothing to tell you why they belong side by side. We walk the Arsenale privately and turn that scale into a single clear thread — no headset reciting stock lines, no forced march through every room.

- The main show, to the point around ninety minutes on the central curated exhibition, where we unpack not "what this is" but why the curator placed it exactly so — and what stands behind it.
- Pavilions chosen by hand from dozens of national participations, a selection of this year's strongest, shaped to your interests. Flag them in advance, or on the spot — "what's that? — let's go in."
- A private pace just you and your guide. We linger where it's worth it, skip what leaves you cold, and leave things unseen if that's the honest call.
- A specialist, not a tour rep someone inside the Venetian art scene, not a visitor working a memorised route.

Are entry tickets included?
Arranging entry, yes; the Biennale tickets themselves are paid separately, by number of guests.
How long does the Arsenale really take?
Comfortably 3–4 hours: about ninety minutes on the main show and as long again on the chosen pavilions. Under three is a sprint.
Can we choose the pavilions in advance?
Yes. Tell us what interests you and we'll shape the route; improvising on the spot works too — your guide knows the whole programme.
